“Make it sound more like me.”
Okay, but what does that actually mean? 😂
Because “conversational, authentic, and professional” could describe literally thousands of people. That tells ChatGPT very little about how YOU actually communicate.
The email you typed out in five minutes explaining something to a client? The caption where you went on a little rant? The video where you got excited about something and just started talking?
THAT is what you want to give it.
And please don’t clean everything up first. Your little side comments, the phrases you repeat, how you explain things… those are part of what makes it sound like you.
One thing I’d add - choose examples you’d actually want your future content to sound like. If you’re constantly editing the personality back into your AI captions, those probably aren’t your best examples. 😉
Use the prompt in this video, review what it gives you, and correct anything that makes you think, “Umm… I would never say that.”
Then save that voice guide in your AI Brain so you can use it again.
You’ll still review your content. But now you have something specific to work from instead of another round of “less formal… more personality… okay, now you’re doing too much.” 😂
Save this for when you build your voice file, and follow along.
