Closing my laptop is easy, but getting my brain to clock out with it as a business owner is a whole other issue.๐Ÿ˜‚

I can be completely done working and still spend Saturday thinking...
โ€œDid I ever send that email?โ€
โ€œWas someone waiting on me?โ€
โ€œWhat do I have coming up Monday?โ€

Iโ€™m really working on taking my weekends OFF. And part of that is giving myself a better way to finish the week.

Enter- My Friday Check. ๐Ÿ‘‡

I have AI review the business information Iโ€™ve connected and help me pull together:

โœ… Commitments I still need to finish.
โœ… Things Iโ€™m waiting on from someone else.
โœ… Follow-ups that need to happen.
โœ… Deadlines coming up next week.
โœ… Anything that needs my attention before Monday.

Then I ask it to organize what can wait into a prioritized Monday list.

I review what it finds, check anything important, and handle what truly canโ€™t wait.

Everything else has a place to go that isnโ€™t โ€œkeep thinking about this all weekend just in case.โ€ ๐Ÿ™ƒ

If you try this, start with the tools where your commitments actually live, like your email, calendar, or task manager. The check can only work from information AI can access, so include anything you promised in a text or conversation, too.

Save this and use the prompt in the video before you log off Friday.

And follow along, my friend. Iโ€™m testing ways to run my business with AI so taking time off gets to mean actually taking time OFF. ๐Ÿ’œ
