You explained something really well in a video last month… and then immediately went back to “What should I post next?” 😂
Before you start from scratch, go look at what you already have.
That video answering a buyer’s question.
That email walking through a tricky situation.
That phone conversation you could’ve kept talking about for another hour.
There is probably more you can do with it.
Let’s say you recorded a video explaining what self-employed buyers should know before applying for a mortgage.
ONE audience. ONE topic. FIVE touchpoints. 👇
1️⃣ Post the original video.
Give it a clear hook so the right person knows it’s for them.
2️⃣ Pull out one point for a carousel.
Walk through the documents they may want to start gathering.
3️⃣ Write a social post.
Expand on a question you regularly hear from self-employed buyers.
4️⃣ Turn it into an email.
Share the explanation with the people in your database it’s relevant to.
5️⃣ Use the video in a targeted visibility ad.
Give that useful content another way to reach your intended audience.
You already did the work of explaining it. Let that explanation keep working.
And yes, someone might see you talk about the same topic more than once. That’s okay, my friend. You WANT people to remember what you help with. 😉
