“I just need to hire someone to help with all of this.”

Yep. That was my first thought, too. 😂

But before I hand someone a whole list of things to do, I’m looking at what’s actually ON that list.

Because if I’m hiring someone to copy information between platforms, start every caption from scratch, and chase down files every week… I need to look at those processes, too.

So this is an exercise I’m doing inside my own business right now:

Brain-dump a normal week into ChatGPT. Include the little stuff you barely think to mention because you’re so used to doing it.

Then ask it to sort the list:

1️⃣ Only I should do this.
2️⃣ Another human should do this.
3️⃣ AI could help me do this.
4️⃣ This could potentially be automated entirely.

And here’s the part I wouldn’t skip: ask it to explain what would still need human review, judgment, or approval.

“AI can help with this” doesn’t automatically mean I can hand it over and never look at it again.

But it might mean the person I hire can spend more time doing work that actually needs their skills—and less time doing repetitive tasks we could’ve simplified first.

Use the prompt in this video, then look at categories three and four before you write that next job description. 👀

Follow along. I’m doing this across my actual business and sharing what works, including the tasks AI could help with that you probably forgot to put on the list.
